Automatic sheet loading, cutting and dispensing — no operator needed.
Gemini is an automatic sheet feeding and cutting system that loads, cuts and dispenses sheets without the need of an operator. Equipped with a Graphtec CE8000 Plotter and our proprietary Cutting Manager software, it delivers a cut precision of 0.3mm across a wide range of media types.
From adhesive label sheets and silk screen prints to digital prints on cardboard — Gemini handles it all with consistent accuracy, run after run, from A4 up to B2 format.
Automatic, precise, operator-free — everything you need to cut sheets professionally in-house.
Ramp-style feeder loads up to 150 sheets per job automatically — sheets are cut and dispensed into the output tray without any operator intervention.
Die-Cut, Kiss-Cut, Perforation Cut and Media Creasing — covering labels, tags, business cards, small boxes and packaging board in a single system.
Real creases and your classic half cuts can be achieved using the break through "creasing tool" equipped on our Gemini. This is a real plus for a really high-performance finisher.

Integrated sensor reader detects registration marks in a fraction of a second after each sheet load, automatically correcting linear and angular positioning errors.
Cuts cardboard from 200 to 350 gsm, adhesive sheets from 170 gsm, silk screen prints and digital prints — across A4, A3, SRA3, Letter, Tabloid and Tabloid Extra formats.
Optional camera upgrade reads the DataMatrix code on each sheet and loads the correct cutting file automatically — ideal for mixed-job batches with zero operator errors.

GEMINI is an automatic sheet feeding and cutting system by D.P.R. srl. It loads, cuts and dispenses sheets without requiring an operator, using a Graphtec CE8000 plotter and proprietary Cutting Manager software. It handles adhesive sheets, silk screen prints, cardboard and digital prints.
GEMINI supports four cutting modes: Die-Cut (full cut through), Kiss-Cut (half cut for labels), Perforation Cut (small dots) and Media Creasing (for folding boxes and packaging). This makes it suitable for labels, business cards, tags, small boxes and greeting cards.
GEMINI handles sheet sizes from A4 up to Tabloid Extra on the GMN40 and up to B2 format on the GMN60. The auto feeder holds up to 150 sheets per job depending on media thickness. Media width ranges from 210mm to 353mm (GMN40) and up to 500mm (GMN60).
GEMINI cuts cardboard from 200 to 350 gsm and adhesive sheets from 170 gsm. It is also compatible with silk screen prints, shop material prints and digital prints on cardboard — making it versatile across a wide range of print applications.
GEMINI uses an integrated sensor reader on the cutting head. After each sheet is loaded, the sensor detects registration marks in a fraction of a second and the software automatically corrects linear and angular positional differences, achieving a cut precision of 0.3mm.
The optional DataMatrix camera upgrade allows GEMINI to automatically identify different jobs in a mixed batch. The camera reads the DataMatrix code printed on each sheet and loads the corresponding cutting file automatically, eliminating operator intervention and reducing errors.
GEMINI uses the proprietary Gemini Cutting Manager software, compatible with vector PDF files created in Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape or CorelDraw. The software runs on Windows 8.1 or later and is not compatible with macOS.
The Gemini Cutting Manager is D.P.R.'s proprietary software that allows you to cut lines and paths from vector PDF files. It works in tandem with the integrated sensor reader to deliver precise, repeatable results on every sheet.
